I’ve done 10 mat pilates classes within 1 month and I’ve been loving it. I’m a 32 yo mom of two kids under 4. I’m combining these classes with strength training and I look and feel amazing. Pilates has really helped my posture! …but
I’m not flexible and I while I may be working hard in class, I feel like I’m still not comfortable rolling like a ball, I can’t do a proper teaser, and I still need help with the breathing aspect in Pilates. The owner of the Pilates studio recommended I continue doing mat, but idk why I feel like reformer may assist me better with some of the controlled moves. Let me know your thoughts!
