I run a wholesale fashion jewelry business and have been talking to a few live sellers recently (TikTok, Whatnot, etc.). I’m trying to understand what works best for people — whether you prefer buying inventory upfront (wholesale) or working on a commission/consignment setup.

For those already doing live selling:

• Do you prefer holding your own inventory or not?
• What kind of margins or pricing works best for you?

I’m open to collaborating if it makes sense, but mainly just trying to learn how others are structuring this.
