I’m 57 and have had migraines since I was 10. I get every symptom imaginable…nausea and vomiting, visual aura with loss of peripheral vision, numbness in my hand and arm, extreme sensitivity to light, sounds and smells…and one of my sons in his 20’s is suffering as well, and has tried SO many medications and natural remedies. He’s desperately trying to finish college and his last few classes are online. Both of us are triggered by changes in barometric pressure, and don’t do well on humid days, either. We live in the Midwest, and for example, Sunday it was 52, yesterday it was 80, last night it rained and today high of 58 with rain again.
So here’s my question: would you consider moving to a different state where there is more consistent weather and less humidity? If so, WHERE would you go? Has anyone made a move out of necessity and found that their migraines improved or changed in severity or frequency?
THANK YOU IF YOU READ ALL THAT. ANY INPUT IS SO APPRECIATED! We are DESPERATE!
