I've had the Qsweat blood work, tilt table and heat lamp test done. There was one one abnormal antibody SS-a but it was very low. Those are all the tests Ive had done the doctor told me he didn't see a need to do a biopsy and asked if I'm sure I'm not just anxious....

I got diagnosed with anxiety about 8 years ago and only ever had episodes when I had sleep issues and had to go to work the next day which would cause me to spiral. I have had it under control mostly for the last 4 years and Never had burning sensations on my face/hands/feet/tip of my penis be a symptom. I'm just wondering what am I supposed to even do now? If any thing this made my anxiety worse not the other way around
