If you have a cat urine outside of the box, the first thing you want to do is to remove as much urine as you can by blotting with a towel. If you simply spray cleaner and wipe it's going to still stink cause cat pee is pervasive as hell. Most of the cleaners on the market will work if you remove as much pee as you can before you treat the stain. We had an ill cat who peed everywhere...and I learned.
