Moving into this condo soon and hoping to do some kitchen remodeling. I want to make good use of the space but I'm worried that if I get any newer bigger appliances in here that I won't have room for anything else.

I'm intent on getting an induction cooktop and a double wall oven to aid in my baking business and make the place well-suited to hosting stuff like Thanksgiving. I'd like to replace lower cabinets with drawers, replace the island countertop with boos block and maybe replace the granite on the wall counter with stainless steel.

I'm thinking of maybe busting a hole in the wall of the den and using that space as a butler's pantry (moving the fridge in there, extending cabinets to that wall, and installing shelving.

Any advice?
