BofA non payments

how long after Bank of America will try to sue me?

I stopped making payments on my credit card account around November. Last month I received a letter that if they didn’t receive a payment on May they would either charge off the account or sue. Will they charge off the account first or go directly into suing first? My total debt with them is 2500 initially but with interest and fees it’s built up to $3700.

ADP payroll and EAD

Hello,
My current employer uses ADP for payroll. Due to increased processing times, I plan on submitting my renewal earlier. Let’s say my application doesn’t renew on time, will ADP alert my boss that my EAD is expired? Or has anyone that gets paid through ADP been alerted by their boss that ADP alerted them of a soon to be expired EAD?

I’m asking because I know my boss mentioned she got rid of our paperwork to prove our work status, and not sure if she will ask for a renewal of my EAD at the 60 day mark, etc?

Long story short… I use to work at a restaurant and my employer was an asshole. He wouldn’t let us keep our tips as he “collected”the money and split it amongst us at the end of the pay period. There was times i would see a $50 tip on a table I served for a
Day but at the end of my pay period I would only see a total of 100-150 in tips for a 2 week period!! Whenever I would ask about tips he would get very upset and ask to talk to me outside and scream at me. One time I had an emergency at the hospital and wasn’t able to come to work and called out, and due to this he cut my hours by over half. When I returned to work he got very upset at me and proceeded to take me outside again to talk and scream at me for not being “responsible.” Besides him being very mean at times he would also make uncomfortable comments to me saying he “loved” me and once asked me to go out w him. There’s so much more to the story, but I’m cutting it very short. The only reason I’m considering suing him now is because an ex coworker of mine texted me saying he keeps mentioning to her I keep “begging” for my job back, and this is rubbing me the wrong way.
