I’m currently furnishing my apartment and I just found this 70s kitchen. It’s in great shape: black panels with these really gorgeous chrome profiles. I’m obsessed with the look, but I’m worried it might be too "Space Age" or industrial to play nice with the walnut and teak pieces I will have in the rest of the house.

I don’t want the place to look like a mess of different decades, but this feels like such a unique find. Do you think I can bridge the gap between this kitchen and MCM, or should I keep looking for something more wood-focused?

Would love to hear if anyone has successfully mixed this kind of high-tech 70s look with a more organic mid-century interior. Is it a cool contrast or just a bad idea?
