Whats the kindest way I can tell someone im not satisfied with the results?

Ive never really had this problem before. I hired a UCG creator to make something for me and i dont really like the results. I had him make me a shirt but it was really bad and didnt have the details i wanted so I had him skip it and focus on the accessories. Hair and a Hat combo. The hair does not look like the characters hair and the ears in the hat are too stubby. Do i just tell him?

Update: He said it was no problem and he will work on it tonight. Im so relieved i was so dang nervous

Hello! A while ago I had a few artist draw this Uma in a Gyaru style and it was really fun! I would now like for the same thing except I want her to be drawn as a Goth!

No specific look or style I’m looking for, I would like for her to keep the same eyes. Can be in any pose, outfit, makeup, have long/short hair whatever!

EDIT: Have around 5k to spend
