Bug where weapons are not being added to my inventory?

Has anyone else experienced this? I had this happen multiple times already without even noticing, I only noticed when I contacted support about my 3 star reroll voucher not giving me my weapon, and now I got the chest for the Tantegel Sword but it’s not in my inventory! What the hell?!

I don’t know if I should use these or what to use them on

Note: I already have Erdricks Sword and a Metal King Sword, really don’t know what else would be worth it
