I have a suit that was filed against me from a collection agency on the local court website. There is a declaration of non service but nobody came by , in fact we were home some of the 4 times someone supposedly did. I have checked our video camera on those dates and nothing . Why would they do this? To show they are trying ? Seems wrong . Any thoughts appreciated
