10 rental properties all BTL mortgage. Collectively £620k outstanding borrow

dont have any in ltd company - yeah I know I should have.

mortgage free on house I’ve just moved to. Haven’t sold or rented semi. I’ve moved from. It’s £250k value with no mortgage. so could sell without any capital gains as I’ve only lived in and not rented.

£50k liquid that I could use to pay off one of the BTL mortgages this summer when the product ends.

or should I use that £50k for deposit with ltd company for another rental. £120k value house.

I should maybe sell the £250k semi and also maybe some of the rental portfolio. Approximately £860k equity in the portfolio. Maybe around £1.5m value of portfolio.

Recently I took 4 yr career break from work to focus on being hands on with the rental and having family time with my kid etc. wasn’t a well paid job anyway £29k.

my head is spinning what to do next So much concerns in landlord sector with government agenda to push out small landlords. Should I just have 6-7 rentals and live a simple life with no mortgages and no full time employment need and try to convert them over to ltd company for my kid to inherit or should I keep expanding my portfolio
