We are going to start remodelling our master bathroom and questioning a few things.
Our ceilings are 10 foot, do we tile all the way up to the ceiling or stop at 8 or so foot?
We have a wall next to our vanity right now, we are thinking about removing that and making it just glass, but that leaves us no space for a niche. The other walls are exterior walls and the drywall is sitting on 2 inch furring strips so no space to out a niche in. Do we leave the wall for a niche, or are we going with a few corner shelves?
The toilet is in a very enclosed corner, we are thinking to maybe open that up and remove that enclosure but doubting this heavily, thoughts?
Free standing tub or not? We like the look, but practicality with a drop in seems nice to.

EDIT: I will be doing most of the work myself, so budget wise not really an issue. And the shower and tub have to be gutted since I expect mold in the wall here and there. Plus bathroom is the original from 1997 so it's time :)
