Aja 2 first impressions after one session
My initial review of the LeBron 20&21 after one hoop session. I mean the Aja 2s
My feet are on 💯 right now 🤣😭
I really hope these break in more after a few more wears BUT the potential is there for these to be Nike’s best performance shoe of the year for basketball.
Traction is pretty damn great. None squeaking but these are the best Nike shoes for traction I’ve had in a good minute. I play on a mildly dusty court. No issues. No wiping. Kinda wild honestly
Cushion is top tier. The forefoot zoom air unit is amazing and the 3.0 is pretty thick throughout the rest of the shoe. Definitely more cushioned than anticipated. Heel to toe transition is pretty solid as well. Not the absolute best but it gets the job done.
Court feel is pretty solid. Not super low to the ground but I think just right, this will cater to majority of hoopers.
I went TTS and I don’t have any issues with the fit at the moment. The cut is kinda pointed on both sides of the forefoot and that’s probably why my feet in on 💯 right now (use to wearing natural foot shape shoes). However, I think as I play a little more in them, it will break in some more. I just can’t gauge how much more at the moment…
The lockdown is good as well. It gets the job done.
These honestly remind me so much of the lebron 20 and 21. If you loved those. You will love these.
