55 Northbound

I’ve been driving 55 Northbound to my job for a few years now. I’ve always wondered why traffic jams up going up the incline in the mornings (6am -> 7am usually), more specifically at the Virginia Exit.

Finally figured it out today.

These absolute mindless creatures who operate multi-ton killing machines DEAD STOP ON THE HIGHWAY BECAUSE THE SUN IS TOO BRIGHT. THIS HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE DAY, AT SOME POINT YOU WOULD THINK TO BUY SOME SUNGLASSES. It is absolutely insane that these people are allowed to drive.

I’ve traveled a decent amount and I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever experienced drivers dumber than the average Saint Louis resident . It genuinely amazes me.
