I applied for STEM OPT on April 21 and received my receipt notice, but I still haven’t received a biometrics appointment or approval notice yet. My current OPT EAD expires on May 25.

Is anyone else in a similar situation? Did you receive biometrics for STEM OPT? Also, were you able to continue working with the automatic extension while the case was pending? Should I apply for premium processing.
