Lords of the fallen uses fsr 4 even tho I'm on a 7000 series card. Is it a mistake ? Am I actually using fsr 3.1? I just bought the game, so I haven't done any manual fsr 4 injection or anything

Edit: when I activate fsr 4 my performance tanks, and disabling it doesn't restore performance back to normal. I have to close and re open the game for the performance to go back to normal. This is very strange lol

edit 2: found part of the problem. fsr 4 is actually still using fsr 3.

The reason my fps go down when I activate fsr or xess is because the game uses frame gen by default, and using fsr or xess turns frame gen off. This issue has been going on for months. no apparent fixes so far.
