Hello. I am 29 years old and male.

Wondering if anyone has gone through what I am or can atleast offer some guidance...

I have a partial sacralization at L5-S1 and that disc as herniated again after discectomy and hemilamenectomy surgery.

Had MRI done, awaiting surgeon next steps (orthopaedic spine surgeon). Am getting a 2nd opinion from a local surgeon who specializes in disc replacement. Though not sure if I qualify due to the partially sacralized vertebrae and I do have minor scoliosis.

In excruciating amounts of pain everyday now for the past week since reherniating. Getting out of bed is near impossible, I am walking maybe a couple inches per step.
