I took a fluconazole tablet 150 mg. So scared of having insane reactions to it like heart palpitations, throwing up, breaking out in hives because I'm secretly allergic, DEATH. but I still took it, and I swallowed it too 😎

This is a random thing I started doing to help fix my scrolling habit, because I know scrolling doesn't make me feel good. I like seeing posts about the shows I'm interested in, but I know I see so much negativity that it effects my mood.
So now I've given myself the rule that I'm allowed to scroll until I see something that hurts my mood. Guess how long it took on X? 1 post. On Reddit? 1 post.
I like this because it helps me remember why I want to quit scrolling. And I always end up scrolling for less than a minute because of how fast I see something negative. And overtime, I've been wanting to scroll less and less. This isn't an official technique that's scientifically proven, just some bullshit I came up with, but hey! It's helping me!
What I consider negative (posts that drains my mood)
- politics
- AI generated content
- drama
- fear mongering
- bad things happening to other people, even if it's a small thing
Anyway, I think this can help people focus more on why scrolling is mentally damaging. Because we see so much negative on there, and then we get emotional whiplash from seeing positive post, bad post, scary post, euphoric post, blah blah blah.
