Whatnot Support (positive)
I am amused by all of the people who complain about Whatnot Support. It's my belief that its you and not them. I very rarely ever have the need to reach out for help, items not delivered, fake items, etc.
moving forward I honestly had an accident bid/purchase on item as I was only looking for a stream I felt was a good fit for me. I immediately reached out to the seller explaining it all, the today I get the email from seller "request denied"!
Its all about principle and courtesy in my mind, so I politely reach out to Whatnot Support with the details and screenwriter of my contact attempt with seller. Well, well, well couple hours later I get email fro. Whatnot Support, agreeing with my statements and issuing full refund.
DEFINITELY NOT WHAT I'D WANT ON MY RECORD AS A NEWISH SELLER.
