Flatshare hunting burnout

I'm burning out. I've been doing flatshare viewings daily for the last two weeks in SW London. Even when I've really got along with the housemates and everything's great after the viewing, I never seem to get them.

What am I doing wrong? I'm sociable, in steady well-paying employment, easy to get along with etc.

I don't want to have to resort to signing an agency property with no living room and a revolving door of housemates that are only vetted by the letting agency.

Is it always this hard?? I'm not even just competing for the cheapest properties or for trendy areas. I'm viewing properties all over SW 🙃

I'm currently selling my 2011 Volvo C30 2.0 R Design.

I've had a couple of lowball offers but nothing serious. It's priced £300 below Auotrader's recommended price and comes with full service history and a service and MOT last week.

Any advice would be really appreciated, thanks!
