I was on a regional flight last week that had five or six commuting employees, no biggie. I didn’t think anything about it, boarded in group 2 and started toward my seat in the first row of Comfort+.

However, every one of the commuters was also in comfort+ and had three bags. This resulted in me any a few others having to put our bags like five rows back because they put all of their bags in the overhead.

So my question is, should commuters board last if they are going to have three bags since they are non-rev? Or at least only have two bags onboard?

Also, why do they preboard?
