Hi all, I’m in the process of doing chapter 7 and not sure how everything works relating T-mobile. Does T-mobile needs to be discharged with BK or not? I got told that the phone financing agreement is usually unsecured unless tied to a lease/program and if discharged, they may block future financing or upgrades until paid. My iphone is part of a lease with credits and only paying a portion of that. Has any of you had issues with T-mobile post BK?
