  1. Capco- HR ghosted before Client round
  2. EPAM- HR ghosted after final HR round
  3. Aglissium: HR ghosted after L2 round
  4. Hoonartek: HR ghosted after last HR discussion
  5. Delloite: the partner rejected he said-reason was multiple switches, if that would have been case then they should not processed my CV at first.
  6. Harman Digital: HR ghosted after successful clearing L1 round.
  7. Citiustech: HR ghosted after successful clearing L1 round.
  8. Infocepts: HR ghosted after successful clearing L1 round.
  9. Momentum Services: HR ghosted after successful clearing L1 round. Then contacted me after 1 month for second round.

Note: The HR are just playing as they have number of candidates, even if you clear rounds your profile will be on hold and they will start looking for lower asked package candidates. They will not reject you in between but if lower package candidates are not able to clear interview rounds they will come back to you. Some interviewers intimated by answering, even if you give 100% answers correctly there is high chance of rejection.

PS: I worked for Semi-product based company in R&D product division. I was laid off so I was immediate Joiner, still Its been difficult to get jobs. I got offers for contractual and start-ups but was looking for stable companies but now looking for a stable job and when market will get better then I will apply for product based companies. I am just posting for you guys to not feel depressed or alone.

Hey folks,

Wanted to share my recent experience with Capco and see if anyone else has faced something similar.

I went through multiple interview rounds, including the manager round, and everything seemed to go well. After that, I was told that the next step would be a client interview.

But since then… complete silence.

I’ve tried calling and following up with HR multiple times, but no response at all. It’s been quite frustrating, especially since I have other offers/opportunities and need to make a decision soon.

I understand delays can happen, but at least some communication would be appreciated instead of just being left hanging.

Has anyone else experienced this with Capco? Is this normal, or should I just move on?
