Underdeveloped upper chest or genetics?

Have been working out consistently for a few months (8 months+) and have only recently incorporated a proper chest day about 6 months ago.

Picture is after a chest day no flexing, I notice a striation near my upper chest and wonder if my upper chest is being neglected

I had a minor pec strain which has kept me lifting the same weight for nearly a month until recently so it’s lagging naturally

My chest routine:

3x10 Smith machine Flat Bench Press
3x10 Single Arm Tricep cable pulldown
3x10 Chest fly machine

I push close to my weight limit but I stop with about 1 RIR ever since my pec strain

Would appreciate any tips or changes to my routine
