BINANCE P2P FRAUD

Hello Support Team,
I am raising a complaint regarding P2P Order ID: .
It has now been more than 30 hours and I still have not received any payment in my bank account. While creating this P2P order, I had clearly selected IMPS as the payment method, but the buyer sent the payment through a completely different method without even asking or informing me beforehand.
The buyer is also failing to provide any proper and verifiable payment proof. The screenshots/video shared by the buyer do not confirm that the amount has actually been credited to my account. I have already checked my net banking, account statement, and transaction history multiple times, and there is still no incoming payment related to this order.
On my side, I have fully cooperated and already submitted sufficient proof, including screenshots and bank transaction history showing that no funds have been received. Despite providing all this evidence, no appropriate action seems to be taken against the buyer.
I request the support team to properly verify the buyer’s payment using the actual UTR/transaction status directly with the bank before making any decision. Fake or edited payment screenshots/videos can easily be used in P2P disputes, so I request a fair and detailed investigation before releasing my crypto.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and protect sellers from fraudulent payment claims.
