Looking for new friends for new adventures

So Ill start with I grew up here spending time with family though Im from Northern Louisiana. I ended up living out side of the country for a almost a decade for work. Long stroy short I moved to here about a year and some change ago and no longer work. I LOVE all the good parts of this city the art and culture specifically. Im just finding it hard to connect with people around my age ( M 29)

In my time out of the country I had a tight knit community that was always up for whimsical adventures and discovering new things or creating passion projects.

So Im really looking for new friends that are up for it !

Some info about me: Im into any and all forms of visual art, specifically I do alot of painting and pin and ink work

I absolutely live for music snd have been singing and writing music for a while

I really enjoyed photography as well

Im pretty easy going and really enjoy spending time and making connections with all people !

If you have any ideas or would like to connect and know more please let me know !

Lol if you made it this far thank you 🤣🙏

Looking for new friends!

M 29 from north Louisiana originally after many years living out of the country Im back to New Orleans. I have a lot of free time and alot of that time is dedicated to either my music or art and I would like to find some new friends that are interested in creating music or art, just over all people who are interested in enjoying life and creating unique experiences. After my time living in Europe I find it difficult to meet friends my age. Any ways lol hit me up or give me advice please 🙏

So I got out in August of 24 after 10 years in Aircraft Mx, I did the whole VA deal and got my disability and what not. At first it was really exciting to be out and feel like a human again and for a while it was and I ended up starting a blue collar job that I thought I enjoyed, flash forward to today, I left that job after deciding I really didn't enjoy it I enjoyed the people that I was working with most, and dealing with my back issues in the manual labor career field wasn't going well. I decided to take a month off after leaving that job and in this time Ive felt an overwhelming feeling of " I have no idea what Im supposed to do or what I even want to do" Everything feels so out of reach and I have my personal passions that's I sink loads of hours into like my art or music but I always end up feeling like Im a failure or maybe its the feeling like nothing will ever compare to the time I had in the service. So long story short IDK what to do or what to think and a good friend of mine suggested making a post to talk to others so here we are. Thank you for taking the time to read this 🤙
