I need help in knocking out my shiny Flabebe. Its been 60 days with no interaction at all. I really appreciate anyone that could help me here.

I just can't figure it out. I love my bose 700, but i just cant connect my new pair to the app to set up. I have a pixel 8 pro. It connects and works on my phone and laptop fine, and the app can see it, but when it comes to the app actually connecting to it, it just cannot do it no matter what I try. Has anyone figured this out? How could such a company have such a garbage app?? It has always been terrible for me
