I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I’m a senior studying Personal Financial Planning and will be graduating this December. I’m starting to look ahead at potential career paths and was hoping to get some insight on good RIAs to work for in the Houston area.
I know it’s a bit early for me to be reaching out about actual roles, but I’d really like to start learning which firms have strong reputations, good training/mentorship, and solid long-term growth opportunities for someone just starting out.
I’d also love to connect with any local advisors who’d be open to sharing their experience or offering guidance on breaking into the RIA space. Even just a quick conversation would go a long way as I try to understand the landscape.
