I've been on 60mg of generic Vyvanse for about 8 months. It works well, but only for a very short period of time. I used to have an adderall rx to use as a booster for the generic vyvanse, but no amount of that had any effect on me whatsover. They may as well have been sugar pills so I just stopped refilling. Anyway, my doctor suggested trying name brand Vyvanse and also upping the dose to 70. I did that, I've been on it for a week, and it doesn't work. It literally does. not. work. I don't get it. I'm doomscrolling, bedrotting, and as scatterbrained as ever. I'm at a loss. Do I try the 70mg generic? Do I try a smaller dose of brand name? Is there any hope for me at all?
