Why Acne Feels So Difficult To Understand And Treat

If you happen to sruggle with acne you probably know that the more you spent time trying to understand acne, the more frustarated you get.

You find so many advices and options and then you end up trying a lot of products which may never seem to work. I personally would argue that sometimes that it is not that acne is truly uncurable. As a matter of fact it can cleared but the issue is actually finding the correct way to address it.

I did some research and made these infographics to at least try and explain how acne happens inside the body. I’m hoping that simplifying some of the biology behind acne might help answer some of the questions many people constantly have while dealing with their skin and maybe make the whole process feel a little less confusing and frustrating.

Most of the information was put together using scientific papers, journal articles, and dermatology reference materials. I also tried to make the language as simple as I could.

I also made a detailed explanation of the infographics in a longer notion page with additional explanations and reference materials for anyone interested in reading more.

I spent some time trying to better understand the biology behind acne and ended up creating these infographics to visually simplify some of the processes happening underneath the skin.

The goal was to explain how things like oil production, inflammation, hormones, microbes, and skin cell buildup interact inside the pore in a more visual and easier-to-understand way.

Most of the information was put together using scientific papers, journal articles, and dermatology reference materials .

I spent some time trying to better understand acne and ended up doing a little more research on the same. I have created these infographics to visually simplify some of the things I learnt.

A lot of acne discussions online focus mainly on products, but I became interested in understanding what is actually happening inside the skin itself.

The goal was not to make the infographics overly scientific, but to make some of the biology behind acne easier to understand in a more visual and structured way.

Most of the information was put together using scientific papers, journal articles, and dermatology reference materials while trying to simplify the language as much as possible.

Would genuinely appreciate thoughts, corrections, or additional insights if I misunderstood anything or oversimplified certain parts.
