I am a physical therapist and have offers from both UC Davis and Sutter for PT II position. I know how benefits are at UC Davis because they are all public, however, how is Sutter like? My biggest question is, how are the raises at Sutter? UC Davis has steady raises due to union but I was wondering if I choose Sutter since it pays more, UC Davis might catch up with their steady raises eventually.
