I'm sure this is the perfect market economy to ask this question. How tough is it to get one of these roles?

I'm located in the NorthEast. Mid 30s. Journeyman Plumber/ Maintenance Manager. 9 years experience in construction, project management, blue print reading.

I also have a degree in business and accounting. I worked as an estimator, until I decided to go off the rails and switch to construction.

Really interested and hopeful that I can weasel my way into a job like this.

Thanks for any help/ criticisms :)

Everyone in here join me in the coding / IT group. Let's start a chain of 'Hi, trade worker here. I heard you guys make a lot of money. I want to make the switch I'm 40 years old. I've never thought of joining you guys, but now AI is coming for me. Can I do it?'
