It shows Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes aka El Mencho during a private moment driving around somewhere in Mexico while drinking a Tecate Light and wearing a gold chain in his right hand. The man who for decades existed almost exclusively in a couple of old mugshots that everybody knows.

The "Nemesio" part is allegedly added and has nothing to do with his legal name. This guy lived in the shadows and nobody knew anything about his daily life. The fact that every YouTube video & informations on the internet about him follows the exact same narrative just proves how mysterious he actually was, even after his death the details remain completely blurry.

There's no way this clip is fake. If you focus on his ear & stache you'd realize this is real. The one who published it online chose to watermark it to prevent unauthorized redistribution as part of the research for their new book about the CJNG's lifestyle called "Cuatro Letras"
