What’s good everyone! So for my last three releases my plays dropped of a cliff on SoundCloud. We’re talking 10x drop, I would average like 2-3k plays a release. My last 3 releases are averaging 250-300 plays. Now I understand not every songs gonna be a hit or my best work. That being said the most recent release I got a lot of feedback that it was peoples favorite tune they’ve heard from me. It also got a decent amount of likes comments reposts all that. However the algorithm didn’t pick it up and push it like it did with other tracks in the past. I looked at other artists with even bigger followings and their numbers are looking great either. So I’m curious if anyone else is having a similar experience.
