Can anyone help identify when this jacket was made & estimate its worth, please.

I bought this beautiful jacket from TK Max many years ago, possibly 10ish. Unfortunately, it's way too big, I'm reluctant to have it tailored to fit as the cost will be too much for the amount of times I'd wear it in the future. And, as its been sitting in my wardrobe for all this times, apart from a couple of occasions when I wore it & looked daft, I've decided to sell it.

Any information regarding the year it was made and it's value would be much appreciated. Sadly the tag with the information that could help me identify it was already cut out when I purchased it.
