Looking at content creators and this is the first contract I’ve reviewed so far. Does this seem on par with other content creator contracts in terms of them owning the rights to the videos/photos after the wedding? I’m okay with them posting stuff from our wedding, but just was kind of surprised to see that I (client) am granted a license to use/share content instead of full rights. Seems a bit strict on the IP section or is this normal? I guess I’m used to looking at photographer contracts where you usually get full rights to the photos to share/print/etc.
To clarify, I’m looking at CC so I can have the little clips for myself of my spouse, friends, and family that I might miss throughout the day (not necessarily looking to post them all). And not really looking for a long videographer video. Thanks for any input/advice!
