I will never tell someone HOW to vote. But if you want to progress the business, then we are in command.
Basically the title.
If you like where the company is now (increasing revenue, slow but steady growth, stock clearly suppressed, etc), then you can play the negative card. Don’t vote, ‘stay home’, wait like we have been doing for 5+ years. ‘Maybe it will come someday’ mentality.
If you want to own a piece of a much larger company (multiple revenue streams, diverse portfolio, unique market player, etc), then you know what to do. I cannot for the life of me find a reason why the board would recommend an action that would sabotage their own personal investment.
They’ve been dropping hints by buying shares… something is cooking and you can ride with or peace out. Up to you.
