If you like Pina Coladas
My booze forward take on the classic.
1 1/2 oz Plantation 3*
1/2 oz Wrey and Nephew Overproof rum
1 oz acid adjusted pinapple juice (10g citric acid on 6oz juice)
1 oz Coco Lopez cream of coconut
3/4 oz heavy cream
Pinch of salt
Shake over ice and double strain. Be as fancy or non fancy as you like with your garnish.
Enjoy!
