Hi there I’m totally new to fly fishing. I bought a cheap wychwood combo:

My reel has gone completely slack. So the drag doesn’t engage when pulling line or reeling in. The culprit is the part in the image attached.

The ratchet mechanism in that ‘cog’ is not engaging and the bearing is spinning freely.

Do I need to buy a new reel or is there somewhere to buy spurious parts?

It’s a 4/5wt reel, although the rod is 5/6wt.
