Set up new patient portal, but was charged again and reorder date is off
So I got set up with the new patient portal, and I don't know if I did something wrong or what but I need help. I entered all of my existing info of what kind of dosage I'm on, what my next one should be, my current pharmacy, etc. The problem is that it doesn't look like it took into account any of my current prescription info, so it just charged me for another month again even though I was charged less than a week ago. It also says my next shipment will by Jul 25, but I'm on week 2 of month 3 of my current shipment, meaning I'll need my next shipment to be sent in these next couple of weeks, not in a month and a half. Any help of getting my payment issue and shipping issue fixed would be super helpful. Also might want to look into this, as if it happened to me when setting up this new portal, I'm sure it might be happening to others too.
