Almanya’da yaşayan biri olarak son dönemde şunu çok net fark ettim:

Sorun çoğu zaman “iş bulamamak” değil, doğru iş ile doğru adayın eşleşememesi.

- CV uygun ama işveren anlamıyor

- İş uygun ama aday beklentiyi bilmiyor

- Süreç doğru yönetilmiyor

Özellikle yurtdışından gelenler için bu durum daha da zor olabiliyor.

Ben bu süreçte hem adaylarla hem de işverenlerle bağlantı kurarak doğru eşleşmeler üzerine çalışıyorum.

Benzer süreçlerden geçen veya bu konuda deneyimi olan varsa fikir alışverişi yapmak isterim.

I am based in Germany and I work with people who are looking for job opportunities in Germany, as well as with employers who are searching for suitable candidates.

One thing I have noticed is that the biggest challenge is not only “finding a job” or “finding workers”.

The real challenge is finding the right match:

- Does the CV really fit the position?

- Does the employer understand the candidate’s background?

- Does the candidate understand the job, location and expectations?

- Is the process realistic for both sides?

Especially for people coming from abroad, the process can be confusing. A good CV, clear communication and realistic expectations make a big difference.

I am currently trying to connect with people who are interested in working in Germany or employers who are looking for qualified candidates.

If anyone has experience with this process or questions about job matching in Germany, I would be happy to exchange ideas.
