Started to feel a roid on Sunday the 27th. Felt really big. Was rather internal so didn't bother me when I wiped. Did Tucks to keep clean and Prep H a couple days.
Thursday night, the 30th it burst while on the toilet. It had apparently thrombosed and when I wiped, a bunch of gelatinous goop (blood clot) was on the TP. Bled for a while that night. Seemed to stop though. Freaked me out. Never knew a roid could burst like that. Figured a roid was like a vein or artery with a sort of aneurysm and bursting would mean a trip to the hospital.
Went to bed and woke up on the 1st to rather bloody underwear. Some dried and crusted, some still bloody wet. Showered and checked it again. Seemed to REALLY have stopped now.
Went out for the day. Came home that night and noticed it was still bleeding a bit and had slowly saturated it's way through my blue jeans.
Been stuffing a bit of paper towel deep into that spot since. I check it when I use the bathroom and when I wake up. Still some blood here on Sunday the 3rd.
I've read it's common to have some continued spotting but damn, four days later?
I might call my doctor tomorrow.
Anybody ever experience this? Seeing that blood clot squeeze out really FREAKED me out! Thought I had a huge cyst at first. Never heard of a thrombosed roid, let alone bursting and having all that gelatinous dark red/black goop all over my bathroom. There was a LOT of it.
