Only two of my rats loosing hair
I got them from a chain pet store so maybe that's part of the issue, there siblings i assume, they both have "under developed lungs", that's what all 3 vets i have taken them too for breathing issues have said, I do know there is some dominance issues between one rat and those two loosing hair, im thinking possibly barbering and fighting, I only recently took a proper look at one of the rats loosing hair and his back is covered in scabs, so I will be separating the asshole rat and seeing if it clears up, all the rats are being treated for mites but I cant get it to clear up fully, I can only get it mostly gone for some reason. But I cant give any treatments when there covered in scabs n stuff, vet trip is in order don't worry your cotton socks but im going to be in a bit of financial hardship until June so its likely that if its anything bad proper treatment will have to wait until then unless its so bad I have to unfortunately give them up, however it shouldn't be that bad, the hair loss is sort of less hair loss and extreme thinning and the hair being extremely short, wich is why im thinking barbering
