Hi all,

As of last night, I cannot boot into my kernels and get stuck at this black screen (see video). When I get to the screen, the log in audio cue plays but nothing happens. I am able to go to the rescue mode but that's it. I was able to boot successfully in the past, so any advice would be app reciated. Possible there was an update I messed up?

UPDATE 05MAY2026:

I did the fix from u/Bashdi and that seemed to do it. Problem an issue with the new log in screen.

Go into tty, CTRL + ALT + F2 / F3 / F4 Then login then Type in:

sudo nobara-updater sudo nobara-updater repair sudo nobara-updater install-fixups sudo nobara-updater install-updates
