Sprung for the nyc variator, clutch, slider combo from the scooter swa shop. Should help get her out of the 50s and back into the mid 60s.
On the final 6 miles, i think the sand and dust finished toasting the clutch. It was a blast but I think I need some kind of filter for the clutch housing.

I went and had the shinko 244s mounted. And man are they great at carving in the dirt!
Taking on a 25 mile loop in mixed rock and sand was a blast. Went with my buddies, one riding my 705 klr(shown next to the pcx)
All was fun till the last 2 blocks from home I picked up a nail.
Overall a huge fan of shinko 244s, and glad they transitioned well to the lil scoot.
I'll post up the clutch carnage next. More mods are needed.......

I have a 2013 Honda PCX 150, and I'm looking to build a custom exhaust for it. I'm currently at work and lacking a tape measure, and I was told I can slide some extra tubing on the order before 1:00.
Does anyone know what the maximum size a 150cc scooter can use for exhaust tubing? I think the exhaust output is 1 in, I'm hoping someone can confirm for me.
I'll be tick welding a whole new exhaust I'm trying to tuck it up a little bit higher, the bike is going in for some major surgery. We're going to be welding up some crash bunkers, and welding up some skid plates.
I'll keep everyone appraised as I build stuff, I'm also more than happy to share designs when they're finished.
