Hello everyone,

I am replacing a gfci outlet (left) in my kitchen. The old outlet was wired to the Line (not the Load), so I made sure to wire the new outlet (on the right) to the Line as well. However, I am not receiving any indication of power to the new GFCI outlet. I have tried resetting it multiple times with no luck.

Is anyone familiar with common issues that would cause this? Thank you for your time and help, it is greatly appreciated.

EDIT: To add to all of this, I just found that the GFCI outlet under the sink is also unresponsive when the power is on and cannot be reset, just like this new outlet.
