I’m trying to get a realistic idea of what the actual out of pocket cost is (in the US) in 2026.

I understand pricing varies a lot case by case, but for context, I already had all of my upper teeth extracted less than a month ago and I probably won’t need bone grafting.

If you’ve had a full upper arch done and comfortable sharing, I’d love to know..

Total out of pocket cost.
Where you had it done. State/City/Clinic
Whether you felt it was worth the price

I saw a post about Bionic Smile in Vegas doing full upper or lower sets of fixed zirconia all on 4 for $8,999.
If anyone here has used them, or personally knows someone who has.. is that the real out of pocket price for permanent finals? And how was your experience?

What did you actually pay out of pocket for a full upper arch / all-on-4 and where did you go?
