We need to talk about Conduit
Is it just me or does the way they made conduit extremely clunky. You have a synergy which gives mana regeneration and percentage increase of that further more. While at the same time every single conduit champion has a very long casting time where they just can’t use the mana regeneration.
Remember last set the same synergy only had instant caster and even which already felt so much better but also zilean as 5 cost unit which had just the cleanest synergy with extremely high mana regeneration. It just felt so much more rewarding than what we have now.
And I don’t understand why it needs to be that way. There’s such a simple way to make this synergy feel smooth without changing too much. We actually saw it last set with T-Hex. A long cast which consumes mana and mana gain made the casting time longer. You could easily implement that on every single conduit champion except Zoe bcs she has a set amount of targets. Obv every champ would need a nerf according to the increased cast times but it would make the synergy actually synergize with the champions and make it rewarding to somewhat maximize mana regeneration.
