I have been looking EVERYWHERE for a 12in loaf pan sourdough sandwich bread recipe. I follow recipes to a T and don’t understand how to take a recipe and calculate it to fit into a 12in loaf pan. Please someone explain it to me like I’m 5 or PLEASE point me in the right direction.

I tried making a pb&j with store bought bread, and that shit was not bread.
